Credit Card Security and Billing
All credit card transaction are encrypted by 256-bit encryption and billing will only take place when your order is ready to ship. Please note that SCRAPBOOK MAD will appear on your credit card statement.
Cheques and Money Orders
We can accept cheques and money orders, please make them payable to SCRAPBOOK MAD. Please note this may slow down your order as we ship 3 days after the cheque has been banked.
Please note - we do not store your card details on this website. All card processing is done via HSBC and Paypal.

Cancellation Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Scrapbook Mad have to refund an item if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered.
Please Note - Custom produced and personalised items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and there for cannot be returned unless defective or we have made an error in the personalisation. Please contact
